Structure Principle
The structure of rotor water meter can be divided into wet type and dry type. There are three kinds of counter of water meter:-is needle type, second is word wheel type, third is combination type.
The rotary wing type water meter is mainly composed of a case, a water filtering net, a metering mechanism, an indicating mechanism and the like. Wherein the metering mechanism is mainly composed of an impeller box, an impeller, a blade wheel shaft and an adjusting plate. The indicating mechanism is mainly composed of a dial, a pointer, a triangular pointer or a word wheel, a transmission gear, and the like.
The principle of rotor water meter is that water enters the meter shell from the water meter inlet, enters the impeller box through the water filter net, impinges the impeller, the impeller begins to rotate, and then the water flows from the upper outlet of the impeller box to the pipe through the water outlet of the watch shell, and the lower part of the impeller is supported by the thimble. After the impeller rotates, through the impeller center shaft, the upper center gear also rotates, drives the transmission gear in the impeller box, rotates according to the speed ratio, drives the pointer on the dial. After the triangle pointer starts to rotate, drives other gears and the upper pointer by decimal transmission, according to the dividing value on the dial, starts clockwise from 0 Turn to the direction and begin to measure.
